 材質 Characteristics

用途や使用環境に応じて選べる、幅広い材質のパンチングメタルを提供しています。

• 炭素鋼: Economical choice with high strength, suitable for indoor applications, industrial guards, and structural uses. Available with paint or powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
• ステンレス鋼（304、316、316L）: Offers superior corrosion resistance and longevity. 304 grade works well in general environments, while 316/316L provides exceptional performance in marine, chemical, and high-humidity settings.
• アルミニウム: Lightweight with natural corrosion resistance, ideal for applications requiring reduced weight, such as aerospace components, architectural features, and automotive parts.
• 銅・真鍮: Provides excellent conductivity and an attractive finish, suitable for decorative purposes, electrical applications, and heat exchangers.

• 穴の形状: 丸形（最も一般的）、角形、長方形、六角形、長穴、ひし形、特注形状。
• 穴のサイズ: 微細孔（直径0.5mm）から大型開口（100mm以上）まで、安定した性能を実現する高精度な公差で対応します。
• パターンの種類:
  • 千鳥（オフセット）配列：高い強度と均一な通気性
  • 直線（正方）配列：左右対称の外観と構造用途
  • 設計・機能要件に合わせた特注パターン
• 板材仕様:
  • 板厚：0.3～10mm（材質による）
